These cast iron on-off globe valves are provided with a stem packing which may require maintenance. For diameters higher than DN 150, we provide the globe valve with balance disc, to facilitate the opening; in this case the valve has to be mounted in the opposite direction, with pressure over the shutter. Handwheel operated. These globe valves can be applied for water, steam, not aggressive fluids, temperature and working pressure according to DIN 2401 part 2.

Installation: horizontal / vertical, with the flow following the direction of the arrow. When working pressure exceeds below indicated limits, valves must be installed in opposite direction, with pressure over the shutter, and balance disc type compulsory.
